For paid services:

• Billing cycles are monthly or annual as selected
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Service continues until the end of your billing period

In no event shall SoloCRM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SoloCRM, even if SoloCRM or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
